Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Manufacturing Coordinator position with a great company located in the Bradenton, FL area.

Duties Include:

- Works with manufacturing leadership to review and update production schedules for the 38 CNC machines.

- Oversee the performance of machines and immediately report to machinists when a machine has stop for alarms, and materials or quality issues.

- Ensure materials are available before machines are setup for production.

- Coordinates preventive maintenance of machines, keeps accurate records of PM’s and updates the maintenance log.

- Ensures that all Lean Manufacturing and safety trainings are completed on time and recorded accordingly.

- Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics.

- Reviews KPI’s with Director of Manufacturing.

- Coordinate training needs with CNC trainer and participates and helps with trainings.

- Actively participates in Safety and 5S projects.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Highly proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel.

- Self motivated.

- Effective communicator.

- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is ideal.

- Safety mindset.
