Activity Coordinator, EF San Diego
The role: EF International Language Campus San Diego is looking for a passionate, energetic, and student-focused Activity Coordinator. The Activity Coordinator reports to the Activity Manager and works collaboratively to offer a variety of attractive social activities and programs to a broad range of international students.
This is a full-time, year-round, position.
Duties and responsibilities: The Activity Coordinator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Strive for being a key player in creating our campus culture and focusing on student satisfaction above-all.
  • Create and encourage social, cultural, and sporting activities that cater to students' interests.
  • Organization, preparation, and ownership, of the events and excursions our campus offers
  • Be self-motivated; someone who is ready and willing to create, and take pride, in their own experiences for students.
  • Supports in all daily events and engagements in the activities department including campus activities, excursions, large school gatherings, and providing service to students.
  • Shares the management of campus social media accounts.
  • Joins activities & excursions - including regular evening & weekend shifts.
  • Promotes school events and excursions, free or paid, through varied advertising mediums.
  • Provide welfare assistance to students where required, and when necessary to have general knowledge outside the activities department to provide holistic support.
  • Use local and cultural knowledge to provide opportunities and alternatives for students outside of school-planned events.
  • Welcome new students on a weekly basis through campus tours and icebreakers.
