Sensaria: Sales Manager, Professional SolutionsAre you a passionate sales professional with a knack for building relationships and a desire to empower creatives?If so, then this exciting opportunity with Sensaria Bay Photo ProPrints organization as Sales Manager for the Professional Solutions team is perfect for you! In this role, you'll play a vital role in driving growth within our Pro Channel, fostering strong partnerships with established businesses and bringing on board new customers like photographers, artists, and designers.
Here's What You'll Do – Percentage Breakdown Of The RoleBe the Champion for Our Pro Brands (75%):
  • Represent Bay Photo and ProPrints at industry events, meetups, webinars, podcasts, and more.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers, helping them leverage our solutions to streamline workflows and achieve sustainable revenue growth.
  • Identify new prospects within the creative space – photographers, artists, gallery owners, designers – who rely on e-commerce integrations and efficient workflows.
  • Develop a strategic sales approach to convert these prospects into loyal Sensaria customers, exceeding sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to proposal, contract, integration, and successful account launch.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Marketing, and B2B Sales internal teams to qualify leads, expand your prospecting reach, and support sales efforts.
  • Utilize various prospecting methods, including social media, sales intelligence tools, industry events, and referrals, to consistently generate new leads.
  • Craft compelling proposals that showcase the value proposition of Sensaria's solutions and effectively present them to qualified leads.
  • Partner with the Operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
  • Leverage Salesforce and other sales tools to manage your pipeline effectively, analyze performance, and consistently exceed sales objectives.
Grow Existing Accounts (25%):
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify and quantify growth opportunities within your existing customer base.
  • Stay up to date on our evolving product roadmap and strategically position new offerings to existing accounts.
  • Proactively monitor customer performance, maintain strong relationships, and address their needs.
  • Develop creative merchandising and promotional strategies that drive unit sales and revenue growth for your customers. Negotiate and advocate for these strategies internally.
  • Partner with other Sensaria departments to explore cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to existing customers.
  • Organize and lead annual business reviews with top clients, fostering deeper partnerships.
Do you have what it takes? What you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong understanding of the professional photography and creative industries
  • Experience building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM/sales technology tools
  • A passion for building trust, advocating for customers, and exceeding expectations
Salary Range: $90-95K base competitive commission structure
