WHAT YOUR DAY AS OUR EXPERIENCED HVAC SALES REPRESENTATIVE LOOKS LIKE
In this business development role, you take charge of managing your own portfolio of clients and ensuring they receive exceptional service. You meet with potential clients to discuss their HVAC needs and promote our company as having the solutions they're looking for. To convert leads into jobs, you perform tasks such as taking photos, completing scoping sheets, and performing home surveys as well as thoroughly answering any questions the prospect has. You stay on top of our current products and services so you always know the perfect solution to offer.
On a hot streak? Depending on business needs, you may need to work more than 40 hours per week or up to 12 hours per day. You also may need to occasionally travel out of town on trips that last up to a week. Displaying your passion for business development, you take pride in the direct impact you have on our success!
OUR IDEAL EXPERIENCED HVAC SALES REPRESENTATIVE
•2 years of sales experience
•Some trade experience
•Ability to learn current HVAC rules and regulations
•Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, including climbing ladders and lifting 50 lbs.
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
While not required, an associate degree would be a bonus.
