Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care settings and possess a strong knowledge of medical standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed
- Provide care for patients with acute and chronic conditions
- Monitor patients' progress and report changes to healthcare providers
- Assist with medical imaging procedures
- Utilize Athenahealth or similar electronic health record systems
- Implement ICD-10 coding for accurate patient records
- Offer specialized care for patients requiring memory care support

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess:
- Experience in administering injections and medications
- Proficiency in medical imaging techniques
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Familiarity with memory care practices

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
