Key Responsibilities:
3 Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse Licensure
4 Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers
5 CMSRN certification within 2 years of hire
Nice-To-Haves1 Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
2 Three years current critical care RN experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients' conditions continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Perform invasive procedures and manage life support equipment.
- Critical Thinking and Decision Making:
- Respond swiftly to changes in patient status and prioritize interventions.
- Analyze diagnostic tests and coordinate with physicians for treatment plans.
- Evaluate effectiveness of treatments and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and support staff.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to families.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, policies, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols.
