Als Junior Account Manager bist du der primäre Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, fungierst als strategischer Berater und bist verantwortlich für die Kundenzufriedenheit. Intern wirst du mit unserem Team zusammenarbeiten, um effektive Marketingstrategien zu konzipieren und deren Ausführung zu überwachen.

Aufgaben
- Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Branchen
- Entwicklung und Einsteuerung von innovativen Werbestrategien für diverse Amazon Händler
- Konzeption und Monitoring des Werbeauftritts unserer Bestandskunden auf Amazon
- Neben deiner Arbeit am Kunden trägst du ebenfalls dazu bei interne Prozesse zu optimieren und die eFly weiterzuentwickeln
- Du bist im regelmäßigem Austausch mit unserem Performance-Team, mit welchem du gemeinsam neue Marketingstrategien entwickelst
- Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen und Messen
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Erfahrung in diesem Berufsfeld, bestenfalls im Zusammenhang mit Amazon
- Extravertiertes Auftreten mit einer Hands-On Mentalität
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Bereitschaft sich neuen Themenfeldern eigenständig anzunehmen sowie sich fortlaufend im Thema Amazon Werbestrategien weiterzubilden
- Hohes Interesse an der Mitarbeit in einem jungen dynamischen Team
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
