We seek a driven Staffing Recruiter to join us as we continue to grow and transform

As a Staffing Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for a variety of roles within the company.

Responsibilities:

Manage the intake and processing of applications

Source potential candidates through job postings, social media, and other recruiting channels.

Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens and interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.

Coordinate and schedule in-person interviews.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and promptly for new hires

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a staffing recruiter or similar role is highly desired.

Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.

Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and hiring best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems.
