Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven ACH Sales Representative to join our Sales team. The ACH Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by promoting our ACH processing services to potential clients. The role’s primary focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and positioning our solutions to meet those needs effectively to quickly onboard new business.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting, Lead Generation, and Pipeline Management:
Identify and target potential clients in various industries who can benefit from our ACH processing services, generating leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
Proactively manage and grow your sales pipeline to ensure fast conversion from prospective customer, to closed customer, to active revenue-generating customer.
Consultative Selling:
Engage with prospects to understand their payment processing requirements.
Intimately understand the ins and outs of our ACH solutions and explain to customers their benefits, cost savings, and other value-add features.
Customize proposals based on client needs and demonstrate how our services align with their business goals.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with customers’ and prospects’ key decision-makers.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the Sales process.
Collaborate with our Customer Support team to ensure a smooth and quick onboarding for new clients.
Sales Metrics and Reporting:
Set and achieve sales targets, quotas, and KPIs.
Communicate regularly and proactively with your supervisors, and attend regular check-ins as directed.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and pipeline status.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services or payment processing industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with ACH processing, electronic payments, and related compliance regulations is a strong advantage.
Familiarity and experience with SalesForce is a plus.
