eGlobalTech is Hiring a Change Management Analyst Near Kiln, MS

About the Role

EGlobalTech, a Tetra Tech Company, is searching for a Change Analyst to join our remote team of IT SME's supporting the Federal client Headquarters Change Management. This is 100% remote role and requires US Citizenship, ability to undergo an extensive background check and ability to obtain a Public Trust. In addition to required qualifications, applicant should have good written and verbal communication skills. The applicant must have information technology experience and extensive knowledge and experience with applying change management policy, processes, and procedures for implementation of system requirements and design specifications. A passion for performance, strong desire for quality conformance, and attention to detail are prerequisites for this position. LOCATION: Remote (must reside and perform all work within the United States). WORK HOURS: This position requires working online from 8:00 AM Eastern to 5:00 PM Eastern and periodic on-call responsibility. Responsibilities

  • Support Change Management Boards and Project Teams through activities and deliverables such as implementation plans, project status reports, design documents, design validation, migration planning, service delivery guidance, and implementation support documents.
  • Develop, maintain, update, and implement Change Management plans and procedures, control configuration baselines, participate in audits, and lead formal reviews of proposed Change Records.
  • Submit and present proposed change requests to DHS systems or to project baselines to the Change Control Board (CCB), maintain a record of all submitted and approved changes, and maintain a schedule of deliverables showing both the scheduled and actual delivery dates.
  • Support Change Management / Change Enablement modernization projects as directed by the DCCO program.

Required Qualifications

  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust Security Clearance (called “Entry on Duty”)
  • Experience leading and collaborating with technical teams of diverse IT related skill sets
  • Experience facilitating Change Control Board Meetings
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of cloud and change requests in Government environments.
  • Experience overseeing, documenting and updated the change management process.
  • Exemplary communication, analytical skills, and technical knowledge across the client environment.
  • Ability to produce concise and clear technical documentation.
  • Ability to speak in front of client and leadership
  • Ability to interface with new clients
  • Ability to resolve conflict without impact to relationships of support teams and Client
  • Information technology experience in computer analysis, cloud analysis, integration, infrastructure, engineering, programming, or change management.
  • Experience using ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience or Master's degree and 3 years experience or a high school diploma/equivalent and 8 years relevant experience

Desired Qualifications

  • ITIL Certification
  • Experience with DHS change management processes
  • Experience generating report
  • Ability to produce reports using Microsoft Office tool set to include: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access a plus
  • Ability to identify trends and document impact leading to improvements
