eGlobalTech is Hiring an Identity Credentialing and Access Management Specialist Near Washington, DC

About the Role

EGlobalTech, a Tetra Tech Company is looking for an ICAM Analyst to support our Federal customer in Washington, DC. This position will support the Federal Identity Credentialing and Access Management Division of the client's Office of Technology Policy in the area of Identity and Trusted Access domain. The role will provide subject matter expertise in the area of Identity and Trusted Access domain, support the Identity, Credential, and Access Management Sub-Committee (ICAMSC) of the Federal CISO Council, provide PMO and project support, conduct stakeholder communication and outreach across various agencies for strategic planning and project execution for the division. 

Qualified candidates should have exceptional communication and organizational skills and the ability to go through an in-depth background investigation to obtain a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

The significant function of this position is to directly support the Federal Identity Credentialing and Access Management Division in working closely with other agencies to coordinate and facilitate the government-wide implementation of technology policy, initiatives, and legislation of current and emerging technologies related to identity and trusted access.

Tasks will include:

  • Provide subject matter expertise and writing FICAM playbooks and responding to technical questions on FICAM implementation.
  • Support Identity Credential Access Management Subcommittee (ICAMSC) including collecting and analyzing data, outputs, actions and publication on the appropriate forums.
  • Conduct, interpret and present data for annual ICAMSC survey
  • Provide Project management support for working groups that develop
  • Prepare for, facilitate capture minutes, action items and outputs including data analysis, presentation and interpretation and publication on the appropriate forums for working groups.
  • Draft charters, business cases, drafts, project plans and schedules for working groups that develop from the ICAMSC/IATAD priorities
  • Prepare for, facilitate capture minutes and action items for weekly IATAD staff meetings
  • Provide Project management support for agency outreach efforts involving data calls, information gathering, assisting and/or reporting on agency activities in response to OMB requirements, policy, and/or OGP reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate and provide logistical support in the formulation of strategy, support the development of responses to a variety of daily requests from program managers, other Government agencies, Congress and external parties (e.g., media, other vendors, etc.), and document and track major management decisions and actions
  • Support the planning and management events, managing them as projects from pre-event planning to post-event closeout.
  • Develop presentations
  • Preparing and/or maintaining documentation, procedures and methods, including user reference manuals
  • Provide project management support and attend in-person meetings on an ad-hoc basis

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Requires public trust clearance
  • Adept in project support, basic planning and coordination, and effective communication.
  • Ability to learn and apply emerging project management methodologies.
  • PM Certification required
  • Knowledge of Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (FICAM) practices, procedures, policy, regulations, reporting, governance structures, and tools aligned with the FICAM Architecture and Playbooks.
  • Knowledge of the Fast Identity On-line (FIDO) specification and vendor implementation
  • Knowledge of NIST 800-63 identity verification levels and implementation best practices
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google products / applications
  • Experience with agile delivery mindset and principles
  • Proactive approach to managing tasks within a short period of time
  • Demonstrated consulting experience in a Federal setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively and confidently with end users, technologists, team members, and executive management.
  • Excellent presentation skills, and ability to develop presentations for all levels of stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze project requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to support multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with government wide strategic initiatives in the FICAM domain
  • Familiarity with Legislative Referral Memorandum (LRMs)
  • Familiarity with planning events and large meetings
