Job Description: PURPOSE The Program Manager is responsible for managing software projects for commercial activities with dedicated and shared cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Product Management, Sales etc.). He/she is accountable and responsible for the overall project planning and execution from initiation phase until successful commercial rollout to the markets according to the launch process ensuring that the project reaches a successful commercial launch. He/she is responsible for facilitating effective collaboration between cross-functional team members as well as internal and external stakeholder management and alignment. This role can be based in France, Belgium, or Czech Republic. ACCOUNTABILITIES The Program Manager is accountable for the overall project deliveries / success, in coordination with: The Product Management team for project scope definition based on business objectives Any organization needed in the project depending on project scope, such as Regulatory, Marketing, Service, Training, etc. Management team(s) for resource allocation Main responsibilities: Leading assigned projects and/or programs Guiding project teams through the toll gate process ensuring successful milestone preparation Plan and execute projects using applicable project management tools Budget and resource planning Project Risk Management Go-to-market and product rollout in early and late markets based on regulatory clearances, market readiness and other dependencies. Communication and presentation of the project status to upper management Facilitate successful collaboration within cross-functional teams, comprising Product Management, Software Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Support, Regulatory, Quality, etc. #LI-SM1 Job Requirements: Critical Knowledge and Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher 3 years of experience in similar role Knowledge of program and project management (schedule, risks) Understanding of Agile Software development process Knowledge on QMS (what it is, how to apply it, etc.) Critical Skills/technical know-how: Ability to coordinate a cross-functional team with various expertise area and understand each role Ability to organize project follow up (meetings, KPI, action plan, etc.) Ability to report out status in a concise way Critical Experience: Ideally at least one proven successful experience in driving a software project to success, in a regulated environment CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS AND KEY CHALLENGES Program Manager is a key facilitator in our organization. Besides ensuring transparency on project timelines, this role also aligns a lot of different organizations towards the same objective: A Program Manager should not be afraid of learning and coaching. In addition, we are expecting him/her to always have in mind our end users when making any decisions.
