We are currently seeking a team member to join us in the commercial insurance department as an Assistant Account Manager in the Lancaster and Wyomissing offices. What You Will Do

• Support Account Managers with client endorsements, audits, and renewals
• Verify premiums when policies are issued
• Complete pre-licensing courses and successfully pass the Property & Casualty licensing exam
• Learn the Applied Epic software system

What You Will Need

• Four year college degree
• Experience in customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong mathematical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload independently
