Career Opportunity DescriptionThis position is a member of eHealth Technologies’ Fulfillment team, playing a pivotal role in delivering critical patient information as requested by customers. The Imaging & Operations Support Coordinator plays a key role in the accomplishment of eHealth Technologies business objectives by providing their customers exceptional value and timely information. This individual will be passionate about working in a global company. Primary Responsibilities
  • Ensures customer imaging requests are processed in a timely and accurate HIPAA compliant manner maintaining appropriate documentation.
  • Retrieving, Sorting, Opening and scanning of the FedEx Imaging Packages.
  • Utilizes the internal traveler system to retrieve patient information for processing.
  • Proactively addresses and elevates customer service issues to Manger of Imaging.
  • Responsible for maintaining and ordering mailroom supplies (FedEx packaging, labels, etc....)
  • Maintaining equipment and mailroom space, providing regular maintenance, including cleaning the machines, escalating issues
  • Adheres to established business procedures, policies, and regulations.
  • Appropriately prioritizes work to support team goals.
  • Ensures all policies and procedures are followed appropriately with emphasis on strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Proactively monitors Patient Authorization email & Patient Intake Group emails and takes necessary action to support operations activities.
  • Performs at a high level of quality to eliminate the potential for incorrect transfer of Patient Health Information.
  • Maintains effective communication and good relationships with the functional teams, practicing the company values at all times.
Knowledge And Skill Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required. AAS degree in related field preferred.
  • Able to meet or exceed both quality and performance goals, including successful proficiency level achievement in all other core competencies.
  • Demonstrates excellence in communication (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in all aspects of PC utilization including MS office required (i.e., Outlook, Word, etc.).
  • Demonstrates an uncompromising level of integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, and ethical behavior always.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, accurately and timely.
  • Results-driven, action-oriented, and self-motivated mindset. Experienced and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and able to deal well with change and ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to foster successful relationships through clear communication, swift problem resolution and mutual respect.
  • Exercises good judgment and utilizes creative problem-solving skills.
