Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Baby Steps Couriers. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our office, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and supporting our team to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations to ensure smooth operation with fertility clinics and clients globally 
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies are being met by all couriers
  • Oversee onboarding of couriers 
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for our couriers
  • Assist in the preparation of courier quotes and manage expenses within budgetary guidelines.
  • Maintain the inventory of office supplies and equipment and ensure replenishment as necessary.
  • Handle customer inquiries and communication, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
