Banquet Director– Madison WI

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Banquet Director to oversee operations in our banquet department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a hotel setting managing multiple banquet outlets and managing a large staff.
We are Madison's premiere location for weddings, corporate meetings, and social events. This experienced banquet director/manager will be creative and collaborate with our events team to produce amazing events throughout the property
Banquet Director Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct interviews, hire, train, and supervise staff members.
Create schedules and manage shift rotations effectively.
Oversee total banquet operations- Experience managing up to 30,000 sq feet event space
Banquet Director Experience:
Proven experience in hotel banquet operations. High end luxury property preferred
Strong knowledge of food service operations
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
Experience in conducting interviews, hiring, and training staff members.
Experience overseeing large event spaces with multiple event venues
