Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and care of our gardens and landscapes. As a Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising a team of crew members, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

**This position is currently a supervisor position as well as a hands on labor position**

Duties:

- Supervise and manage a team of landscapers, providing guidance and support

- Plan and execute landscape maintenance tasks, including lawn care, tree care, and others

- Training new employees (Company standards, routines, expectations, and quality values)

- Efficiency and time management on job sites

- Thoroughness in completing client requests

- Maintain records and accurate record keeping using the company software and ensuring the accuracy of the record keeping that crew members complete

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

-Provide strong leadership and communication between office and crew members regarding the completion of the assigned job

-Provide active and constructive communication between crew members and upper management in a timely manner so issues and concerns can be addressed promptly

-Arriving punctually, gather supplies and materials needed for the jobs of the day per orders in company software.

-Ensure the completion of all job aspects while on assignment and communicate when changes need to be made or issues occur

Requirements:

- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and garden care

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of work

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients

• Landscape/Lawn Care Supervisor: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• NYS Drivers License with Valid Abstract from DMV (Required)
