Looking for kind and supportive Self-Directed Employees to engage with an adult male to live his best life. Individuals who are outgoing, fun, and down to earth to assist him out into the community and help keep him engaged with the activities in his day-to-day schedule. He lives at home with his family, this is not a group home.
He enjoys:

- Bowling
- Weekly guitar lessons on Thursdays
- Going to the park
- Weekly horse-riding instruction lessons
Job tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Transport him and engage with him in various activities within the community.
- Assisting in food shopping.
- Help him identify activities and events to participate in and around the community.
- Help him become engaged within the community activities.
- Aiding with tasks.
- Reminders of ADL’s and assist him as needed.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience working with people with developmental disabilities is required.
- Employees must be willing to have a fingerprinting background check, drug screen, and vehicle abstract.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transportation.
- A clean driving record and dependable car is a MUST.
License/Certifications Required:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Driver’s Abstract (Required)
- CPR/FA
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Sunday- 9am-9:30pm and/or 4pm-9:30pm or 6pm-9:30pm
- Monday-4pm-9:30pm and/or 6:30pm-9:30pm
- Tuesday- 4pm-9:30pm and/or 6:30pm-9:30pm
- Wednesday- 4pm-9:30pm and/or 6:30pm-9:30pm
- Thursday- 4pm-9:30pm
- Day/Evening Shifts
Work Location: In person, at home, and in the community.
Job Types: Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
