Drives operational integrity, efficiency, and compliance of the Company. Oversees the company's field operations, ensuring that all activities are conducted safely, compliantly, and in alignment with the company's strategic goals. Serves as a key point of coordination for all supervisors, who have a dotted line reporting to this role, ensuring consistent and effective management practices across the organization.
Physical activities: Talking; sitting; typing; entering data, often in small print. Occasional walking; climbing stairs; exposure to hazards typical of construction sites.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Occasional utilization of: half-face or full face respirator; steel toed footwear; earplugs; protective eyewear; hardhat.

Minimum Education: Asbestos Supervisor Certification
Preferred skill set: High School Diploma or College Level Degree; Bilingual English/Spanish; OSHA 30; CPR/First Aid Certification; Experience in construction, demolition, or environmental remediation
