We are seeking a Senior Associate to join the Private Client Services Assurance practice in our Minneapolis office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

• Develop a working knowledge of the client's business, take responsibility for completing assigned tasks, and meet client deadlines
• SSARS related engagements including Compilations and Reviewed financial statements
• Build impactful relationships with new and existing clients and maintain relationship with firm leadership
• Stay updated on new accounting standards and their impact to clients
• Brainstorm new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems
• Mentor and coach junior team members

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required
• 2 years of assurance experience
• Experience with closely held or family owned businesses

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

• CPA or parts passed towards completion
• Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent field
