EJ Equipment Inc. is Hiring a Parts & Service Counter Representative WI Near Sturtevant, WI

The Service & Parts Manager for EJ Equipment, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service and parts departments. This includes managing a team of technicians and parts specialists, ensuring that all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner, and overseeing the ordering and inventory of parts.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the day-to-day operations of the service and parts departments, including scheduling appointments, assigning work orders, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards
Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Monitoring and analyzing department performance metrics, such as labor hours, parts sales, and customer satisfaction scores
Working closely with the sales team to ensure that customers receive a seamless experience from purchase to service
Maintaining relationships with vendors and negotiating pricing for parts and supplies
Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial truck or automotive industry. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as a thorough understanding of service and parts operations. Experience in business management or a related field is preferred.
