- Ability to lead a team onsite, provide training as needed, strong communication, and attention to detail
- Experience with steel stud &/or stick frame, hang &/or finish drywall with a high level of quality
- Experienced in Acoustical Ceilings, laying grid and install
- Ability to measure / install doors and windows, tub/shower conversions, stairs, etc.
- Exterior repairs, flooring install, paint, trim, etc.
- Complete daily field reports, interpret blueprints
- 5 Years of Remodel Construction experience
- Available/Willing To Travel Out of State For Construction Projects
- Current valid drivers' license and the ability to operate motor vehicles
- Continuous lifting, pulling, pushing of objects
- Ability to individually lift and/or carry 50lbs
- Ability to multi-task, read, write, calculate data have reliable & predictable attendance
