Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in the immediate post-operative phase.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient assessments post-surgery
- Monitor vital signs and assist with pain management
- Implement and monitor post-anesthesia recovery plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide patient education on post-operative care and discharge instructions
- Utilize physiology knowledge to assess patient conditions accurately

Requirements:

- Valid RN license and BLS certification
- Prior experience in PACU, ICU, or critical care settings
- Proficiency in IV insertion and ventilator management
- Familiarity with senior care, memory care, and ophthalmology practices
- Ability to perform discharge planning effectively
- Strong patient assessment skills following established standards

Pay: $60.00 - $72.00 per hour
