EKC Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dallas!
This position will be responsible for assisting in clerical and administrative duties, along with event planning.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to managers and executives.
- Maintain filing systems both physically and digitally.
- Handle some confidential information and sensitive documents.
- Prepare and edit reports dependent on needs.
- plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Manage event registration and attendee lists.
- Manage emails, letters, packages, and phone calls with clients and vendors.
- Organize and manager inventory of employee swag.
- Distribute new hire swag to new hires and other team members.
- Perform general office clerk duties and errands.
Qualifications
- Two years experience as an Accounting Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Administrator
- High School Degree required
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Accounting is a plus
- Background in construction is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
