Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards within Workday to support payroll module.
• Should have experience with Workday Payroll reporting tools and functionalities.
• Work closely with the payroll team to understand requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
• Implement and configure Workday Payroll solutions, including calculated fields and custom reports, to meet business needs.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all payroll-related reports and troubleshoot any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with data privacy standards and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously improve reporting processes by leveraging new Workday features and updates.
• Participate in the testing of payroll systems during upgrades and implementations to ensure continuous efficiency and accuracy.
• Document reporting processes and maintain a library of custom reports for future reference.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and compliance in payroll processing.
• Certification in Workday Payroll is highly desirable.
