The Manufacturing Engineer focuses on the maintenance, development, and operation of manufacturing systems. They play a critical role in managing production costs while ensuring product or service quality remains uncompromised. This role requires extensive knowledge and insights into project management and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate manufacturing processes through research and experimentation.
  • Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching testing methods, and consulting with equipment suppliers.
  • Enhance manufacturing efficiency by analyzing workflows, space requirements, and equipment arrangements.
  • Ensure product and process quality by designing effective testing methods.
  • Provide decision-making support by calculating production, labor, and material costs.
  • Prepare detailed product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Share manufacturing engineering expertise by addressing inquiries and fulfilling requests.
  • Stay updated on professional and technical knowledge through participation in educational workshops.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent practical experience, with proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong computer skills, and a solid understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes.
  • Personal attributes include attention to detail, effective communication skills, multitasking ability, quick adaptability, prioritization skills, and a strong team-oriented work approach.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, effectively plan workload, and delegate tasks.
Working Hours: 7:00AM-4:00PM
