As a Production Operator specializing in webbing, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to produce high-quality webbing products according to company standards and specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Set up and operate machinery and equipment to produce webbing products.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Perform regular quality inspections of products to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Make adjustments to machinery and equipment as needed to maintain optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as necessary.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Assist with inventory management, including counting and replenishing materials.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and targets.
  • Clean and maintain work area and equipment to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production operations preferred.
  • Experience with webbing production or related processes is a plus.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate machinery and equipment effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
