Job DescriptionHybrid Procurement Associate Manager, El Segundo, CAW2 contract includes PTO and paid holidays. We also offer medical and 401k benefit options.
As Procurement Associate Manager, you will have the opportunity to actively support the strategic roadmap execution, analyze and provide visibility on internal and external metrics that drive decision making, support RFP execution, and implement controls that mitigate business and compliance risks. This role will actively drive the procurement of Ocean Freight for a Global Logistics and Procurement team.

As Procurement Associate Manager, you will have the opportunity to actively support the strategic roadmap execution, analyze and provide visibility on internal and external metrics that drive decision making, support RFP execution, and implement controls that mitigate business and compliance risks. This role will actively drive the procurement of Ocean Freight for a Global Logistics and Procurement team.
Key Qualifications And Experience Needed For Success
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- BA/BS (Business, Finance, and/or Operations/Supply Chain preferred)
- Proven ability to learn/execute independently
- Superior analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills
- Strong track record in building both internal and external relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact with employees at all levels
- Excellent verbal/written skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Experience of working with Business Information Systems - Knowledge/experience with Infor Nexus system a plus.
