This position supports market and client specific marketing initiatives by managing multiple simultaneous projects and coordinating a diverse team of professionals.

This role manages the intake of client requests, assigns appropriate resources, and ensures timely and successful execution of all project deliverables, including traditional, digital, copy, web, and analytics. This position supports market and client specific marketing initiatives by managing multiple simultaneous projects and coordinating a diverse team of professionals.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client-specific projects, providing outstanding customer service.
- Gather necessary staff and stakeholders to define project scopes and develop executable project plans.
- Allocate schedules, project scope, assets, and budgets, ensuring all requirements and delivery dates are clearly communicated and met from conception to launch.
- Proactively communicate with project team, including marketing managers, web developers, copywriters, graphic designers, SEO specialists, social strategists, analysts, etc., to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project risks and scope creep, identifying potential issues early and presenting solutions to management.
- Escalate project conflicts to a supervisor when necessary.
- Align resource allocation to ensure proper project prioritization.
- Regularly report on project status, scopes, and budgets.
- Provide training and education on project management tools and systems as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field, or 15 years of related Project Management experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing marketing or digital projects. Experience MUST specifically be with marketing and/or digital projects.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent process and organizational skills, with a natural disposition towards customer service and relationship management.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), with flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Proficiency with computer/support tools: Microsoft Office.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.
