Client Consultation : Engage with clients to assess their insurance requirements and offer personalized advice.

Sales Strategy : Develop effective sales strategies to promote insurance products and services to potential clients.

Policy Management : Manage policy renewals, modifications, and coverage adjustments for existing clients.

Client Retention : Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the organization.

Market Research : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirement

Licensing : Active Florida Property & Casualty License (440, 20-44, 220) required. Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus.

Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer Focus : A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
