What you’ll be doing:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Specialist to oversee car wash projects and troubleshooting within our operations. The technician will be responsible for managing and coordinating assigned projects from conception to completion. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope and timeline. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software/hardware, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of general IT projects within the car wash industry.

A day in your life might include…

• Flexibility to spend time in the field and office. Including night shifts to not interfere with site operations.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Plan, execute and manage projects within the operations, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard of quality.
• Report project progress to the leadership team and make recommendations for improvements and changes as necessary.
• Ensure equipment functionality with planned site visits.
• Assist Site Managers with equipment troubleshooting both onsite and over the phone.
• Develop detailed notes on site issues to present to Micrologic phone support.
• Plan replacement equipment installation with site staff as necessary.
• Manage equipment and software installation to ensure on time site openings.
• Ensure that all projects comply with safety regulations and company policies and procedures.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product installation and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret MCC drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Travel requirement 75% mostly in the State of Florida
