Responsibilities :

• The supervisor reports directly to the Facilities Manager. This role involves a range of tasks, from training new staff members to ensuring safety compliance, during events, games, evenings, etc.
• Responsible for overseeing the work of cleaning staff to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. (Game Day, Post Game, Non-game and Special Events).
• Plan and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure the job is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
• Train, supervise, and motivate cleaning staff, ensuring all tasks are assigned.
• Oversee daily housekeeping tasks : Common areas, stairwells, building perimeter, offices, box offices, stairwells, clock tower, etc.

Experience :

• Candidate must be able to speak Spanish fluently.
• Candidate must have previous experience in the management of cleaning staff.
• Candidate must have a HS Diploma and computer skills.
• Candidate must provide proof of a strong track record of previous jobs in a similar role.
• Candidate must be able to pass a full background check.
