Job Description
Provides support services to the Human Resources Department and assists in carrying out various human resources functions and projects. Organizes, prioritizes and carries out assignments, tasks and projects with general instruction and periodic review by the Human Resources Manager. Responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the Human Resources Department. Provides full range of duties in support of the HR Dept's mission involving sensitive and confidential information. I. Principle Duties/Responsibilities

1. Possesses effective oral and written communication skills and excellent knowledge of English grammar, punctuation and spelling.
Required Experience
Work Experience

• Two years Human Resources administrative support experience. Must have excellent knowledge of, and experience with PCs and Microsoft applications.
• Basic knowledge of HRIS Systems and Federal Labor Laws preferred.

Education and Training

• High school graduate or equivalent. May consider Bachelor's of Business Administration or related in lieu of experience requirement.
