Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in wireless sales, store management, and team leadership.

Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and performance of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and restocking products
- Conduct employee orientations and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on marketing strategies to drive sales
- Handle shift management duties when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in wireless sales
- Strong negotiation skills to handle vendor relationships and pricing
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in training development for new hires and ongoing staff education
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
