Master Tech Apprentice – Ford of Pleasanton

As a Master Tech Apprentice, you’ll start by being responsible to learn under the guidance of a Ford Senior Master Technician. At our dealership, the door is always open. And so are your options to learning and leading.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform multipoint inspections
• Communicate additional service/repair needs to service advisors and/or master tech
• Rotate tires
• Inspect fluid quality and levels
• Check tire pressure
• Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants
• Drain oil from crankcase and refill with required amount of oil
• Maintain clean work environment
• Replace oil and air filters
• Collaborate with team members
• Seek out and maintain necessary training
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conduct

Compensation

Compensation is based on mechanical experience level, years in the industry, & certifications.

Qualifications

• 2 years of mechanical experience
• Familiarity with various aspects of automotive repair/maintenance
• Must have a valid driver license and be able to operate manual transmissions
