Benefits Hourly Base Salary Commission Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Life Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Evenings Off Responsibilities -Answer policy questions for insured members -Ability to walk insured members through binding process (downloading apps, electronically signing docs, etc) -Have a pleasant mannerism with leads and members -Create and keep track of excel sheets for leads, cold contacts, etc -Manage alerts on insured member policies -Keep detailed records of lead source, effectiveness, and trends -Work in conjunction with Agency Owner to fine tune office practices -Ability to post and engage via social media on Agency behalf -Assist with onboarding new employees -Troubleshoot, update, install electrical equipment used in office (laptops/printer/GrassHopper interactive phone, etc) Requirement -Experience in Office/Receptionist or full Customer Service for at least 1yr -MUST acquire Property & Casualty license within first 60 days -Fluent in use of ALL Microsoft products -Reliable transportation -Ability to be patient in the face of strenuous conversations -Technically inclined for in office equipment -Ability to multitask and report in with Agency Owner on progresses
