Elan Partners is Hiring a Senior Program Manager Near Kansas, MO
Contract: 6 months to start with possible extensions
Location: Hybrid, 3 Days onsite in Kansas City, MO; 2 Days Remote
Note: No Sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including project plan creation, project kickoffs, internal status meetings, and managing timeline, budget, achievements, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the program team to identify risks, plan for risk response and mitigation, and proactively monitor risks, issues, and resolutions.
- Manage and lead the delivery of product development-based programs and/or strategy-based programs, and develop strategic program plans.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, scope, etc., to clients and drive collaboration across teams.
- Utilize strong decision-making and facilitation skills to ensure project success.
- Lead programs within an Agile (Scrum) and/or SAFe framework.
- Proven experience with leading programs in an Agile (Scrum) and/or SAFe framework is a MUST.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Visio.
- Experience with financial management is preferred.
- Experience in dealing with financial product datasets.
