What is Required?

• Master’s Degree in Nursing and certification through a national Nurse Practitioner licensing board
• Current licensure in the state of practice as a Nurse Practitioner
• Board certification in Palliative Care preferred
• Active DEA License
• 3 years of clinical nursing experience and/or at least 1 year of post-graduate clinical nursing experience desirable in the hospice and palliative care field
• Prior experience in Family Medicine, Geriatrics, and Psychiatry preferred
• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks

You will report to the Palliative Care Nurse Administrator.
