Attendant care services are defined as hands-on care, of both a supportive and health-related nature, specific to the needs of a medically stable individual. Supportive services are those that substitute for the absence, loss, diminution or impairment of a physical or cognitive function.

Attendant care services include, but are not limited to, planning and preparing nutritious meals, reporting changes in the client’s condition and needs, completing appropriate records and assisting the client with the following:

• Getting into and out of bed with ambulation
• Bathing and care of skin and hair
• Dressing
• Eating
• Walking
• Using the bathroom or helping with adult briefs
• Housekeeping activities that are incidental to the performance of care (but may not be the major responsibilities of the attendant)
• Medication reminders

4 hour shifts available: 8 am - 12 pm and 1 pm - 5 pm

Personal Care Attendants must be able to use the personal care app "WellSky." This app will be used to:

• clock in and out of shifts
• check off tasks completed for each shift
• obtain electronic signatures of both client and care provider

Electronic Verification System (EVV) are required by law in the State of California to verify visits times and tasks.

Must have reliable transportation. Must be Covid vaccinated. No pet allergies.

All caregivers must have or go through a LiveScan background and fingerprint check and must be registered, or become registered with the State of California as a Home Care Aide.

Other clients can be added to your schedule, if you are available. We are happy to build the hours to a level you would like.
