OpportunityRoleWe are looking for talented and motivated employees that will play important roles on multi-discipline teams that will provide strategic level assistance, consultation, recommendations, and support to our customer in the areas of:
- Workforce and succession planning where we will play a role developing strategic workforce plans and identifying and addressing gaps between the workforce of today and the workforce of tomorrow.
- Data-driven strategy formulation and analytics support where we will assist with strategy formulation concerning resource planning, programming, budgeting, financial management, and mission execution activities.
- Business transformation where we will perform analyses and provide recommendations to improve existing processes, capabilities, and mission execution and support functions.
- Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, economic benefit/return on investment assessments, or other managerial and planning functions.
- Collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, service, or products.
- Develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.
