Eldercare at Home is searching for a dynamic, caring and responsible team member to be our Service Coordinator. This is a full-time, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm position working in our Wilmington office. The ideal candidate is professional, well-spoken, compassionate and friendly. You must be able to multitask while working in a fast paced environment. The Service Coordinator is responsible for building great rapport with our caregivers and clients and will work hard to create the best possible client/caregiver match. The Coordinator will be detailed and creative in developing schedules with a positive, upbeat attitude and a desire to see the company grow.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2 years of customer service experience

• Medical office scheduling experience preferred. Past caregiving and Home care experience is a plus but not required!

• Active Driver's License with proof of current auto insurance
