Elderkin Enterprises is Hiring a Bookkeeper/Office Manager Near Phoenix, AZ

Overview:

Also seeking personal assistant/ phone dispatcher starting pay 20-25 an hour

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in budgeting, accounting, and possess strong technical accounting skills. If you have a background in corporate, governmental, or technical accounting, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate office operations and administrative staff
- Manage office budget including expenses and income
- Utilize accounting software such as quick books, payrol, and other tools for financial management
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Handle debits, credits, and clerical tasks related to accounting functions

Skills:

- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Strong background in technical accounting principles
- Experience with corporate and governmental accounting practices
- Knowledge of accounting software such as quick books
- Ability to perform accurate account reconciliations
