The Electrical Engineer focuses on developing innovative renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the design, analysis, and implementation of solar plants, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and other renewable projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of renewable energy technologies and the integration of cutting-edge solutions in solar and microgrid projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic design of solar plants and BESS projects.
  • Conduct Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) estimation for proposed projects.
  • Analyze new technologies and integrate them into future developments.
  • Calculate battery requirements for solar projects to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Analyze market demands related to microgrid controls, stabilization units, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends to guide project development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement renewable energy projects.
  • Ensure projects meet technical specifications, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, or Energy Generation.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB or Mathcad for engineering calculations and simulations.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office for project documentation and reporting.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, or any other CAD software for design and modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Programing languages as C or VBA.
  • Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
