Job Summary
The Project Coordinator position maintains and interacts primarily utilizing emails, phones and other forms of electronic communication to a broad scope of new and existing customers within the Water and Wastewater market to serve as a sales support position that aids in increasing the sales of products and/or services Electric Pump provides. Uses existing strategies and open to proposing new designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of the products to achieve increased sales and profitability. Day to day activity will consist of putting together submittal packages for contractor and engineer approval along with entering sales orders, work orders, and invoicing. These will be achieved by gathering and creating data, cut sheets, pricing, purchase orders and related documents. In addition, you are to be a liaison with customers and create a positive relationship with each customer and respond to their requests/needs in a timely manner. You will be required to work effectively and accurately, sometimes under time sensitive matter, and to set (and change) priorities based upon work load and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact partners through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, (seldomly fax), MS Teams, and webinars to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company.
- Collaborate with Project Management Estimators, Automation and Controls Department, Service Department, and Inside Sales / Aftermarket. Project and product management along with account management to facilitate what Electric Pump has to offer.
- Ensure handoffs between estimating and fulfillment so that the support is successful and can exceed customer's satisfaction.
- Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.

Education
Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline is desired but not a strict requirement.
