We are looking for a motivated, customer-centric individual to join our team as NCS Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator is responsible for processing and coordinating all wholesale equipment orders. This includes making sure all orders are completed on time through installation and providing exceptional communication to our internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional analytical/problem solving skills, and the ability to lead process optimization initiatives. They will work closely with other teams and departments to ensure seamless order processing and promote free cash flow for the company.
This person will be responsible for directly collaborating with NCS Sales team, internal manufacturing teams, and internal and outside vendors to meet agreed-upon order dates. This person must be open-minded, innovative and process oriented, and able to speak the business language as we work through our continuing Finance transformation. It will be critical the person also work well in a cross functional and enterprise-wide process-oriented organization.
Scope of Position:
- Support and manage wholesale equipment orders
- Work with production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure the timely completion of orders.
- Regularly reviewing, updating, and improving order entry and project support work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Manage customer expectations through proper communication, ensuring customer satisfaction to both our customers and internal stakeholders.
- Addressing and resolving orders and installation issues promptly.
- Collaborating and coordinating with other departments such as procurement and sales.
- Escalate issues as appropriate to ensure timely and effective resolution
- Ensure orders are delivered within a timeline and communicate any delays and issues with teams in the field
Travel Requirements: ~5% domestic travel possible
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft products and Google sheets.
- 2 years of relevant project coordination experience
- Lean six sigma certification a plus
- Work with multiple groups and cross function team experiences.
