Electrical Automation Services is Hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Tech Near Bloomingdale, IL
DUTIES:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems with high-speed production line equipment (e.g., mechanical drive systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conveyors).
- Working with Electrical staff, troubleshoot and repair electrical problems with packaging/processing equipment such as wiring, circuits, fuses, switches, motors and drives.
- Complete routine preventative maintenance tasks safely, cost effectively and on time.
- Support food safety, quality and continuous improvement activities.
- Request the design/fabrication of replacement parts or equipment as needed.
- Take lead to consult with internal resources to resolve issues and make improvements to equipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area ensuring workspace and storage areas are free from debris and clutter.
- 7pm-1am or 1am-7am on Monday, OFF Tuesday 12 hours shift Wednesday, and then Thursday and Friday or Saturday Sunday 12hr shift – 7pm – 7am.
- Weekends required (alternating shift, switches each week.)
