We are seeking a Western Regional Sales Manager for a rapidly growing company.
Location: The territory can be customized based on your location and may include any or all of the following states: CA, OR, WA, AZ, and ID. Proximity to a major airport is essential.

You will manage a territory with significant growth potential, focusing on both business development and existing accounts. Your role will involve identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies to boost sales in the region.
Responsibilities

• Expand the customer base to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, end users, municipalities, industrials, and utilities.
• Leverage your industry knowledge to provide technical consultation and practical solutions to customers.
• Collaborate closely with management and the inside support team to deliver outstanding service.
• Coordinate services for field service team activities.
• Travel throughout the region for site visits and job walk-throughs.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in electrical distribution sales, working for a distributor, rep, manufacturer, or reseller.
• Knowledge of electrical switchgear products.
• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
