Job Overview

As our project manager, you will manage and coordinate the electrical projects for our clients, from planning to delivery. You will handle the project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety, as well as talk to stakeholders and solve problems. You will also guide and support the project team, including electricians, subcontractors, and vendors.

Job Responsibilities

• Work as the point of contact for the client throughout the project, asking and answering questions as needed.
• Prepare and implement a budget based on preconstruction planning. Performs cost analysis and estimates expected costs throughout the project.
• Conduct risk assessments; report identified risks to management; provide recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
• Oversee details regarding obtaining permits and design evaluations.
• Meet with architect, electrical engineer, general contractor, client, and construction crew onsite.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the related field or At least three years of related experience required. PMP and/or comparable project management certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing; interact with and serve customers; organize and attend to detail; manage time and complete tasks on schedule.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
• Ability to create, manage, and control the project schedule and budget.
• This is an on-site/ non-remote position.
