The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience in the electrical and or home service industry is a plus
