Role SummaryElectrify America is looking for an IT Project Manager who will oversee the implementation of enterprise software systems implementation and related projects across the organization and work with domestic and global partners and software vendors. The selected candidate will be key member of a team responsible for the delivery of projects for the company’s ERP system automating management of Electrify America’s EV charging network. This includes secure and efficient interfaces and integrations across multiple software products. To be successful, the chosen candidate should be a team player with an effective communication style to persuade other team members. The role will solve problems quickly and effectively, taking long-term and far-reaching implications into consideration, and will create long-term solutions to ensure optimal performance while managing load successfully. Quick analysis and correct ingestion of business or functional requirements, and translation to technical requirements, together with review, analysis and successful resolution of bugs or errors, are critical to this position. Role Responsibilities Main responsibility – Project Manager 80 % of time spent
Lead gathering, specifying and documenting project and system requirements from inception to go- live, working with cross-functional resources, providing ongoing communication, validation internally, and externally through and post launch
Manage Program/Project activities, timelines, milestones and dependencies in coordination with business stakeholders, internal and external teams
Participate in prioritization activities with technical teams to convey and align project and stakeholder priorities
Coordinate solution testing and acceptance, user training and go-live activities
Capture, understand, articulate and explain trade-off and impacts associated with alternative decisions during all stages of the project
Regularly provide project updates and reports on project progress, risks, costs, dependencies; document and track the corresponding actions with responsible individuals
Review and approve project costs and invoices in compliance with EA policies
Additional responsibilities – Change Management 20 % of time
Manage change control across various systems and processes ensuring timely and accurate communication; This entails full discovery, customer/client impact, root cause analysis, resolution which include internal and external communication
Identify project issues and facilitate resolution; Form and run working groups to resolve issues
Document decisions and action items of team meetings

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, CIS, or relevant degree or technical equivalent
Other degree/ certification significant work experience

CITM, CompTIA Network , CompTIA Project , or ITIL certifications

4 years’ experience technical requirements gathering and within solution design with a minimum of one start to finish ERP implementation

Demonstrated success managing and completing IT initiatives as a Program/Project Manager
Minimum of one end-to-end implementation of a large-scale ERP system
Experience managing web and mobile application implementation
Experience understanding and documenting user workflows, requirements, and interfaces
Experience using Jira and Confluence
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies and processes
Strong understanding of IT concepts and better practices implementing enterprise software solutions
Strong understanding of business and IT processes
Strong facilitation and communication skills required
Must possess strong documentation skills and can work with rapid change and fast pace
Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations
Ability and work with and align different stakeholder groups towards consensus
Proven ability to influence and/or work in high performing/geographically dispersed teams
Basic understanding of cloud computing, n-tier architecture, enterprise networking and other IT concepts
Experience with Organizational Change Management techniques as part of the overall project delivery methodology
Excellent desktop software skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Jira, Confluence.
